			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, as of today, and for the first time in 6 years, I have flat-mates. Maria and her boyfriend Paul, moved in this afternoon, after I had a pretty massive purge of all my un-needed junk.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s going to be quite an adjustment I think, certainly very different than living with a girlfriend &#8211; but I hope it&#8217;ll be better than living alone&#8230; it&#8217;s been 3 months, almost to the day, that Daisy and I split up. Life can really throw curveballs at you &#8211; if you&#8217;d asked me a year ago if now I&#8217;d have a new job, be single, and Maria would be living here, I&#8217;d have thought you were totally nuts.</p>
